We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. Responsibilities: • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Responsibilities include calling our inbound leads • Completing 10+ qualified offers weekly • Completing purchase agreements with the customer, planning on 2+ executed contracts per week, a 20%+ offer to contract rate • Updating the CRM and working with existing leads in the CRM • Keeping KPIs up to date • Clear communication on customer handoff, to our dispositions team • Continuous Improvement - Attend our internal and external sales coaching • Create a win-win solution for us and the customer, be prepared to walk away if it's not a win for either! Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired • 2+ Years in a sales role, high ticket sales, software sales, real estate sales/acquisitions • Confident and willing to work autonomously • Demonstrated interpersonal skills!
