    Blueprint Capital Services is seeking a full-time Acquisitions Coordinator to join our acquisitions team. As Acquisitions Coordinator, you will provide administrative support for the Acquisitions and Underwriting team and triage new project leads as they are received in our system. You will also assist in the creation of project marketing packages and the management of project records. As the first point of contact for many of our Real Estate Agents, you will represent the Acquisitions and Underwriting team with your enthusiasm and professionalism.     Blueprint Capital works with 60+ residential builders providing land acquisitions, architectural services, accounting services, and construction financing for speculative single family and multi-family projects across Seattle and Kirkland. Our acquisitions team sources residential in-fill construction opportunities, providing construction financing and builder services to each of these builders.

    Key Functions: • Provide administrative support to Acquisitions and Underwriting Team • Triage new leads as they come in through our internal systems • Maintain database systems with documentation on new and existing leads • Collaboratively generate project marketing package as leads become projects • Assist in organizing, documenting, and tracking new projects • Generate reports for weekly and monthly meetings • Gather documents and obtain signatures from related parties • Other responsibilities as assigned

    Qualifications: • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Comfortable with multitasking in a fast paced, time sensitive environment • Advanced computer skills preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to work in, and contribute to, a team environment • Notary Public, or the ability to become a Notary Public • Real estate and/or construction industry experience a plus • B.A. preferred with 1-3 years of relevant experience

    This position is in-person in the West Seattle or Fremont neighborhoods and offers a competitive salaried compensation package. Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
