    About this Role:

    As an Acquisitions Management Analyst, you will provide essential program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior-level executives. This role involves meticulous management of records, conducting business research analysis, implementing valuation strategies, and assisting in various administrative tasks. The Acquisitions Management Analyst should possess strong computer, finance, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with or lead teams. A bachelor's degree is required for this position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide comprehensive program and acquisition management support to senior-level executives.

    Manage records with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

    Conduct business research analysis to inform decision-making processes related to acquisitions.

    Develop and implement valuation strategies to assess the potential value of acquisitions.

    Assist in various administrative tasks as needed to support the overall functioning of the acquisitions management process.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts and achieve objectives.

    Utilize strong computer skills to effectively manage data and produce reports and presentations.

    Demonstrate proficiency in finance principles to analyze financial data and support acquisition decisions.

    Act as a proactive problem-solver, identifying challenges and proposing solutions to enhance acquisition processes.

    Provide leadership and guidance to team members as necessary to ensure successful execution of acquisition initiatives.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.

    Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

    Solid understanding of finance principles and analytical techniques.

    Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

    Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.

    Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Previous experience in acquisitions management or related fields is preferred but not required.

    Must be willing to obtain a public trust clearance

    Must be a U.S. Citizen
