Acquisitions Manager Home Buying Specialist / Outside Sales Are you looking to blaze a trail with a small nimble organization and make a great income with upside potential? We’re looking for a motivated salesperson to help us buy more houses! In this role, you will take on the challenge of closing warm residential property owner leads meeting with the owners in person at their home and sometimes via phone. You'll be expected to follow our proven sales process. You will receive both warm and cold leads that we generate in-house from our various marketing channels. Leads that aren’t converted first meeting will be nurtured through our sales process until conversion. This competitive and highly rewarding role is ideal for a highly self-motivated sales professional. It is handsomely compensated by an upside 100% commission structure with Base + Commission available after meeting certain goals. We Investing tens of thousands of dollars per month in marketing to generate leads that are vetted by Our Leads management team before they get handed off to you to schedule appointments with these sellers. You won't be required to work out of an office and can set your own schedule (Based on the seller's availability of course...) Past real estate sales is NOT a prerequisite. Whether you’ve sold software, shoes, cell phones, cars, or ice to eskimos, etc.--we are looking for the best salesperson to fill this role. This is a flexible position that has the ability to produce a large income for you. The better salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck will be each month. We do not put a cap on how much you can make! • Compensation: Commissions ranging from $50,000 - $100,000 is realistic first-year earnings and even higher the more experience you get. • Opportunity to be promoted as the company expands. Responsibilities: Pre-meeting: • Approximately 15% of your time will be spent reviewing the online property file in our CRM to confirm relevant appointment details gathered by our Leads Management team. • 15% of your time will be spent driving to and from appointments. Onsite: • Once on-site your time will be spent touring the property to estimate repair costs (utilizing our tools) • 70% of your time will be spent building rapport with the property owner and closing the deal on-site during the first meeting following our proven sales process to create a win-win situation. • Attend local real estate investor meetings and network with the area’s best investors. • Drive around the neighborhood to gather additional prospective properties to do cold outreach. KPI's • You will be required to maintain certain KPIs regarding customer contact rates, Follow-up rates, Close percentages, and Profit Margins. Qualifications: • Must have strong experience with one call in-home close and overcoming objections. • Consistent and proven track record of closing new business on the first meeting. • Excellent rapport builder. • Ability to follow a defined sales process (training will be provided for our preferred methodology). • Currently earning good commissions and looking to further increase earnings. • Professional business image, as you will be the face of the company in the field. • Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind, and flexibility in approach. • Must be willing to learn and continuously improve closing skills. • Must be teachable and enjoy reading books, listening to podcasts, and seeking to learn how to be more effective. • Must have exceptional listening skills and problem-solving skills. • Must have a hunter’s mentality and also be willing to bring business to the team as well. • Understand the importance of follow-up.
