Position:
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate Property Acquisitions : Communicate directly with homeowners to negotiate property purchases for the company and partner investors.
- Daily KPI Management : Complete and maintain daily KPI forms to track performance metrics and goals.
- Client and Team Engagement :
* Participate in daily huddles and weekly departmental meetings to align on strategies and updates.
* Attend all scheduled appointments with homeowners and other stakeholders.
- Outbound Communications : Achieve daily call, text, and talk time metrics to maintain active prospecting.
- Offer Preparation and Presentation : Prepare competitive offers and present them to homeowners, ensuring terms align with company objectives.
- Relationship Building : Foster positive relationships with homeowners, real estate agents, and other investors to support ongoing opportunities.
- Performance Reporting : Regularly update team members on progress, challenges, and opportunities to improve outcomes.

- Proven experience in real estate negotiations and sales.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and see potential in property deals.

Compensation
- Expected first-year earnings: $60,000 - $80,000
