    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    The Express Lane Service Manager interacts with our customers to build loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence.  This role requires someone who is passionate about taking care of the customer and their team, someone who has the knowledge to educate not only their customers and team members about what is going on with their vehicle or career path in terms they can understand.  This person must be  highly driven for success and achieving targets.

    • Leading a growing Express Maintenance department at a high-volume

    • Ability to coach, lead, and develop entry level advisors and technicians.
    • Ability to lead in a high-volume face paced environment.
    • Exceed customer expectations on quality
    • Manage the team's work schedule and daily operation.
    • Supervise Safety in the workplace
    • Maintain a clean and efficient shop and express lube department.
    • You have exceptional communication, organization, and follow-up skills that result in an exceptional customer experience
    • Meeting  or exceeding  productivity and service standards is a priority
    • When under pressure, you maintain a positive attitude with customers, peers, and management
    • You thrive on educating customers on proper care for their vehicles
    • You have 2+ years of  service experience in an automotive dealership (required)

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Possess a valid driver's license and have a favorable motor vehicle record
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances 
    • Authorized to work in the United States
