    Position Description: ISR Integration Action Officer with Task Management Tool (TMT) Expertise

    In support of Headquarters Space Force, Cornerstone is seeking a highly skilled ISR Integration Action Officer with proficiency in Task Management Tool (TMT) to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in assisting the ISR Integration and Partnerships (S2) Division Chief by leveraging their expertise in intelligence collection methods, ISR capabilities, and task management to enhance division operations and partnerships.

    Key Focus Areas:

    Task Management Expertise: TMT will be a core skill for the successful candidate, ensuring streamlined task prioritization, tracking, and resolution to support division objectives.

    ISR Integration and Partnerships: Support ISR capabilities, collection management doctrine, policy, and international collaboration.

    Advanced Intelligence Understanding: Apply knowledge of Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) to optimize ISR collection and processing.

    Primary Responsibilities

    TMT Leadership:

    Lead task and mission management activities within the S2 Division using TMT, ensuring tasks are effectively organized, prioritized, and tracked through completion.

    Utilize business analytics capabilities within TMT to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

    Enhance workflows and provide training to optimize TMT utilization across the division.

    ISR Integration Support:

    Assist the ISR Integration and Partnerships (S2I) Division Chief in tasks related to ISR capabilities, future planning, functional management, and partnership development.

    Provide ISR subject matter expertise in support of operational and strategic objectives.

    Functional Management and Partnerships:

    Participate in INT Functional Management meetings related to OSINT, MASINT, SIGINT and HUMINT.

    Collaborate with intelligence community (IC) and international partners on ISR collection capabilities, integration efforts, and joint objectives.

    Data-Driven ISR Process Development:

    Support the evolution of ISR processes, focusing on TCPED (Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination).

    Maintain awareness of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning tools for advancing ISR capabilities and data collection.

    Operational ISR Application:

    Provide insights into ISR and sensor support within the F2T2EA targeting cycle (Find, Fix, Track, Target, Engage, Assess) and Joint Fires Operations.

    Contribute to joint working groups to develop innovative ISR collection methods.

    Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

    Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

    Experience:

    Minimum of 10 years (15 preferred) supporting the ISR community.

    Extensive experience in the intelligence community, with a deep understanding of ISR domains and collection methods.

    Proven expertise in using TMT to manage tasks effectively across complex organizations.

    Skills:

    Exceptional proficiency in task management and business analytics tools (e.g., TMT).

    Ability to develop briefings and draft concise reports for senior leaders.

    Strong communication and presentation skills.

    Understanding of modern ISR systems, data integration, and cutting-edge technologies (AI/ML).
