We are seeking a highly organized and skilled individual to join our team as an Activities Assistant. Responsibilities: • Plans arts and crafts activities for children at the resort • Oversees planned activities for children and families • Creates memorable moments for guests • Set up and clean up after activities • You are service-orientated, thoughtful, courteous, and excellent with both children and adults in providing a refreshing environment • Always provide outstanding guest service including answering inquiries, providing information, and general problem-solving • You have the energy to keep up with guests of all ages • Interacts regularly with children and families to generate a high level of comfort and trust • Maintains an inventory of all games, equipment, prizes, etc. • Ensure and maintain safety and security standards • Perform assigned duties with attention to detail, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperation, and work with a minimum of supervision • Act as the primary conduit for resort-wide activities knowledge and information Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Outgoing, friendly personality • Works well with children Compensation: $16 - $18
