    Job Description

And with that, you must have superb communication skills, be impeccably reliable, and able to meet deadlines – even in the face of ever-shifting priorities!

    Core responsibilities:

    • Operate Company's 15-passanger vehicle and SUV to transport residents on outings/personal and doctors' appointments.
    • Promote participation in activities and help foster social connectedness between residents.
    • Demonstrate superior customer service while developing rapport with residents, visitors and coworkers.
    • Learn the programs/activities industry and best practices in senior well-being and how the pieces of the puzzle fit together.
    • Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with all support roles at the community.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • MUST be a team player!
    • Must be able to safely drive 15-passanger non-CDL bus & six-passenger SUV.
    • Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • An inquisitive mind -- the best people for this role simply ask the best questions and genuinely want to help find optimal solutions for residents!
    • Impeccable communication abilities – both written and oral.
    • Outgoing personality! You have to enjoy – truly enjoy –interacting with people in all mediums.
    • Resourcefulness – ability to work independently when needed AND as a member of collaborative team.
    • Must be willing to take and pass background test and driver physical test.
