Job Title: Part-Time Activities Coordinator
Department: Activities
Reports To: Assistant General Manager
Hours: 20 hours minimum weekly
Job Function: Planning, organizing, and implementing a variety of indoor and outdoor experiences for all guests

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conduct a diverse range of activities for Inn guests and clients
Actively participate in all special events to elevate guest experiences
Propose and develop ongoing activity ideas to enrich guest stays
Utilize computers and apps for communication with both internal and external guest
Ensure safety measures and guidelines are followed for the welfare of everyone
Assist with inventory as needed
Plan and facilitate off-site activities for guests upon request
Maintain positive relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience and report feedback
Monitor guest participation and satisfaction levels and make necessary adjustments to activities.
Maintain a detailed schedule of activities, including time, location, and any necessary materials or equipment.
Communicate effectively with guests to promote upcoming activities and answer any questions
Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable guest experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Basic knowledge of recreational activities, including water sports, fitness, outdoor pursuits, and entertainment options
Previous experience working in a resort or outdoor recreation environment preferred
Strong organizational and planning abilities
Must have experience in one or more of the following: Tai-Chi, meditation, yoga, sound bow or holistic wellness
CPR and First Aid certification may be required and can be provided

Physical Demands:
An employee must meet the physical demands of an outdoor work environment, including lifting at least 50 pounds. Goodstone Inn & Restaurant is situated on 265 acres with access to a pond, hiking trails, and lakes. The employee must be able to physically navigate this environment.
