    SOFTWARE ENGINEER I

    SUMMARY

    We are searching for a software engineer to join our team, developing software for our customers around the world. They will work with our clients to design and implement software to meet their changing needs. They will need to be self-motivated and flexible while working in a team environment. This is an opportunity to be a part of a growing company and perform full stack development. Acuit Development needs someone with initiative and passion for software development, who is ready to take ownership of their own projects. We value sharp people and hold them to a high standard.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and develop software requirements.
    • Design and implement software to meet those requirements.
    • Work with customers to provide support and provide modifications to meet their changing needs.
    • Coordinate and perform software installation, configuration, and testing (including occasional travel to customer sites).

    EDUCATION

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

    SKILLS REQUIRED

    • Software development expertise.

    • Clear communication skills.

    • Advanced problem-solving skills.

    • Advanced organizational skills, including planning, self-scheduling, and time management.

    • .NET and C# development experience is a plus.

    • Database development experience is a plus.

    • Web development experience is a plus.
