    About the Job

    i-Tech Support, an Acumatica Gold Certified Partner and leading Managed IT Services Provider based in Orlando, Florida, is in search of an exceptional ERP Sales Professional to join our growing team. This role plays a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company by acquiring new clients and expanding existing client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes solutions, along with troubleshooting and customer service skills .

    The Position

    The position of Acumatica Technical Consultant is a key functional role within the Software Consulting Group. This position contributes to the Team by providing ERP Software Support, Implementation services, Business Advisory services, and Post-Implementation Support to our clients.

    ****Key Responsibilities : This position involves (but is not limited to) all the following key disciplines and/or services to our broad base of professional clients:
    Responsible for ensuring that the client requests assigned to them are delivered on time and, if appropriate, on budget in accordance with the agreed upon scope
    Assist with Implementation activities as needed including data management, collection, project management.
    The consultant will work independently and/or as part of a team to capture, document, configure, validate, train, and execute on the delivery of Acumatica ERP to meet the clients' specific requirements.
    Responsible for the overall planning, coordination, communication, and direction of task completion of customer support requests
    Resolve assigned Help Desk issues with client and record all information in company support systems
    Work closely with clients to determine their specific needs for Acumatica ERP
    Recognize and address gaps by assisting with solutions, working with colleagues to deploy solutions as needed.
    Assist in determining requirements for customer requests.
    Design, configure, and implement solutions, processes, and reports that meet client needs.
    Work in a collaborative team environment providing training and ongoing technical support
    Support internal data requests and operational improvements through data gathering and insight generations as required.
    Attend regular webinars and/or further training sessions as required.
    Conduct formal product training with the client and their staff as needed.
    Accurately track hours worked with clients and enter data by required deadline.
    Coordinate and conduct regular status updates with clients.
    Maintain records in Acumatica ERP
    Other duties as assigned.

    Education & Certifications

    1-3 years of Acumatica experience
    BS in Computer Science, Accounting, or Business Administration
    General understanding of business
    software applications and databases
    Experience in environments with complex
    business processes
    Project Management experience
    Experience with ERP software solutions in Distribution and Manufacturing
    Passionate about using technology to solve
    business problems.
    Excellent communication skills
    Ability to travel up to 20% for onsite assignments
