Ready to learn. * Comfortable with 100% commission. * Clear and concise communication skills are preferred. * Leadership and demonstrable team work experience. * You must be motivated and willing to demonstrate a will to succeed. * You must be residing in the United States and ready to join our team. * 1-3 years of insurance sales in life and health with active state licenses. * Exceptional candidates from other career tracts are welcome to apply. * Have business, education, medical, military, ministry, and/or retail experience. * Must be able to work remotely and attend virtual meetings. * Bi-lingual. Responsibilities * Regular communication with team members and leaders. * Meet virtually with clients through phone and/or video conference. * Match client needs with our insurance solutions from over 60 carriers. * Use life and/or health insurance to provide insurance assurance through legacy creation, debt elimination, retirement, and asset protection using term, permanent, whole life, and/or annuities. * Apply for coverage and work with underwriters to get clients long term covered. * Confirm client satisfaction and generate referrals from satisfied clients.
