Our client is a reputable Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. They have been open for over 20 years and focus on underinsured, uninsured, and low-income patients of all ages in Indiana, providing inpatient and outpatient treatment.

Salary and Benefits

• Social Worker and Therapist with LSW – LMHCA, full-time, $60,902+
• Social Worker and Therapist with LCSW – LMHC – LMFT, full-time $72,155+
• Therapist with LCAC, full time $74,235+

Responsibilities

• Assessing and diagnosing clients
• Creating treatment plans specific to the client’s goals, strengths and weaknesses
• Providing individual, family or group therapy interventions that take into account the client’s strengths, weaknesses and preferences
• Providing crisis intervention and assessing risk factors of harm to self or others
• Referring to alternative or supportive services based on the client’s needs
• Providing timely electronic clinical documentation
• Consulting and supervision with other clinicians
• Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team

Requirements

• Compassionate Care
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Must have one of the following licensures: LSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW or LCAC.
