JOB DESCRIPTION
Classification: Full Time, Non-Exempt
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Reports to: Warehouse Manager/Supervisor
I. POSITION SUMMARY **: **
Perform general warehouse duties. Processing customer orders and shipments. Facilitate the efficient workflow of warehouse operations.
II. JOB FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions:

1. Cleaning: 5%
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area. Properly clean equipment in a safe and orderly condition.
● Responsible for removing excess warehouse waste to appropriate recycle bin.
● Establish a clean and orderly work area. Ensure equipment is in a clean and orderly condition.
● Ensure work areas are clear of hazardous material.
2. Stocking: 25%
Move product from receiving racks and pallets to the warehouse shelves in a timely manner.
● Responsible to move products from receiving racks and pallets to the warehouse shelves
● Responsible for placing merchandise neatly and properly stacked on the correct shelf location.
● Perform move transaction in RF gun to update receiving and shelf locations in P21.
3. Pulling: 25%
Accurately going to the correct isle/bin and pulling the correct product and quantity from the shelf.
● Use the RF scanner for order pulling.
● Pulling parts from shelves for customer orders accurately.
● Sorts and checks orders.
4. Receiving: 20%
Ensure all inbound merchandise is accounted for, quantity matches from the PO and product is free from damage or defects.
● Unload inbound shipments safely and move to the correct staging area.
● Ensure inbound merchandise are accurate and free of damages and defects.
● Break down pallets and sort merchandise by product on receiving racks.
● Check merchandise against the packing slip to ensure accuracy.
5. Boxing: 25%
Handling and inserting products into containers using appropriate paddings and fillers to ensure a safe undamaged product upon delivery
● Use proper packaging methods and interpret visual aids used to convey specific packaging requirements in accordance with company and UPS policy.
● Assembles shipping containers as needed and in advance for future orders.
● Package finished products for shipping.

III. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
● Holds a valid Drivers License
● Willing to be trained to operate a Forklift Truck
● Ability to learn and adapt. Possess a positive attitude. Take direction and work independently with minimum supervision.
● Basic computer skills, use of RF scanners.
● Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
● Familiar with warehouse equipment, forklift certification (or ability to be certified)
● Communication skills (listening and speaking)
● Minimum one-year work experience, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting.
● High School Diploma or GED.
● Must be able to pass the company drug test
IV. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
The employee must be able to drive to local offices.

Your supervisor assigns all your work to you and tells you when to do it during the day. Your supervisor handles all the problems or questions you have. All Procedures and methods are set for you.
