🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead our admissions process by connecting with prospective families and giving warm, informative tours 🤝

Guide families through enrollment and follow up to ensure a smooth onboarding process 📝

Manage marketing leads, respond to inquiries, and drive enrollment growth 📈

Support daily operations alongside the Director to keep things running smoothly 🧠✨

Collaborate with our admin and teaching teams to maintain an exceptional experience for children and families 👩‍🏫

Represent the heart and mission of Blossoms with passion and professionalism 💖

✅ What We’re Looking For:

1–2+ years of experience in sales, admissions, or enrollment—bonus if it’s in the early childhood or education sector 🎓

Proven leadership or management experience—you’ve helped lead a team, department, or center before 👩‍💼

Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to connect, listen, and lead 💬

Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented📋🚀
