*This is a Part-Time position, hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 12:30 pm with some flexibility.
Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our Purchasing and AR department. You will be responsible for providing customer service support to internal and external customers and performing several general administrative and clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Review and track Purchase Orders
Ensure ship-by dates are met
Review and track RTV's
Ensure product/items received
Qualifications:
Must be confident in over-the-phone communication
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Keen attention to detail with the ability to analyze data effectively
Must be willing to work part-time 25-30 hours per week
