    Job Description

    The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting all day-to-day activities undertaken by the President, Franchise Management and Brand Strategy. The individual in this role is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and handling travel arrangements. This role will also include the preparation of presentations, asset management, tracking of key actions required and direct liaison with senior level stakeholders both internally and externally.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage complex schedules and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties across multiple time zones, including compiling agendas for recurring standing meetings, often balancing the strict demands of high-level filmmakers and studio heads and anticipating problems and conflicts in advance
    • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel schedules and arrangements, including collecting required travel documentation and scheduling with external and internal parties across the globe, taking into account different time zones and commitments of high-level executives and filmmakers
    • Provide AV and conference room support for multimedia and hybrid meetings
    • Ensure the timely processing of expenses utilizing the latest electronic processes for payment to corporate credit card
    • Process invoices and create POs for Franchise Management theatrical spends
    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners
    • Perform basic administrative tasks and provide IT support as needed for the executive and team
    • Special projects as needed
    • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe and Excel

    Additional Requirements:

    Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

    _ Salary range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 (not bonus eligible)_
