    As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day office activities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to handling tasks. You will assist in managing office tasks, communicating with clients, and ensuring that the office runs efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
    • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel
    • Maintain office supplies and equipment
    • Organize files and assist with report preparation
    • Provide general administrative support to management

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma (Associate's degree preferred)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information
    • Experience with office software preferred (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom)
