    Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a background in graphics or finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, such as job follow-ups, basic bookkeeping, email management, data entry, and providing backup support to other office functions. The schedule will be Monday - Friday 10 AM - 3:30 PM

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Job Follow-Up: Coordinate with the team to confirm job status and ensure schedules are being met.
    2. Basic Bookkeeping: Manage bill entities and deposit of checks
    3. Email Management: Handle incoming emails and route them to the appropriate department.
    4. Data Entry: Accurately input quotes and relevant data into the system.
    5. Cross-Training and Backup: Provide support to other office positions, including order processing and front desk duties.

    Qualifications:

    • Background in Graphics or Finance is preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
    • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address issues.
    • Experience with bookkeeping software and data entry systems.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
    • Willingness to be cross-trained in other office roles.
