  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Be energetic and professional in a large office environment.
    • Serve as primary administrative support to the Project Director
    • Provide clerical and administrative duties such as filing, sort and organize documents, answer phone calls, and reception desk duties
    • Separate and distribute mail to appropriate personnel. Prepare outgoing mail timely for USPS pick up or drop off.
    • Organize and prepare files/program records for archive storage
    • Maintain tracking of electronic equipment inventory and coordinate the removal of old inventory
    • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma required.
    • Previous experience working in an office environment a plus
    • Excellent communication and phone skills with ability to adapt within our diverse customer base
    • Proficient in computer and typing skills with the ability to multitask using different programs simultaneously
    • Excel knowledge a plus

    Additional Information

    Pay: $23/hr.
