Admin/Warehouse associate
Window World of Southern Maine is looking for a full-time Admin/Warehouse associate to join our team! We are looking for a motivated, reliable and focused candidate to help facilitate the day-to-day operations of the office. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY PLEASE. Window World is a window, siding and door installation company, servicing Southern Maine, with its main office in Westbrook ME.
The Admin/Warehouse associate functions will include assisting with the following: -Answering phones / customer relations -Advising walk-in customers -Scheduling leads for the sales rep(s) -Checking orders/ confirming orders -Managing inventory / product deliveries -General Reporting to the business owners -Keeping the overall appearance of the office clean / orderly -Running field service (sash replacement/replacing parts) -Any additional office/warehouse functions tasked by the Office Manager or Business Owners
The candidate must be able to work independently and must have strong phone communication & customer service skills. You must also be highly organized, as the position requires a lot of multi-tasking, and must be a great team player with the ability to work well with others. Detail oriented and a high level of accuracy are a must for this position! Warehouse duties require to be able to lift/move 50lbs or more.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)

Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
