We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative & Accounting Assistant to join our vibrant team. Administrative Responsibilities:
Coordinate office operations, manage schedules, and maintain records.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Organize and execute company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and equipment is in optimal condition.
Accounting Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable/receivable and perform bank reconciliations.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and maintaining budgets.
Oversee expense tracking, invoice management, and vendor payments.
Collaborate with external accountants during audits and tax preparation.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Proven experience in administrative and/or accounting roles
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
