    Providence Staffing is seeking an Administrative Analyst 2 for a leading facility in Birmingham, AL. This role involves providing advanced administrative support, managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion. The assignment is 100% onsite, and candidates must be willing to commute if they are non-local.

     

    Pay Rate: $24.65 per hour
    Location: Birmingham, AL
    PPE Required: Hard hat, hi-vis vest, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots (for occasional site visits)

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes.
    • Manage complex calendars, schedules, and appointments, optimizing time management and prioritizing critical tasks.
    • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, handling logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • Conduct research, gather data, and compile comprehensive reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining high confidentiality.
    • Assist in budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and interpersonal support.
    • Support general office operations and administrative functions as needed.

     

    Requirements:

    • 6-10 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and efficiency.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
    • Experience handling financial tracking, budgeting, and reporting is a plus.
    • Must be able to wear required PPE for occasional site visits.
