Self-Help Enterprises (SHE) is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Administrative Analyst – Asset Management to support the ongoing sustainability and performance of our community energy programs and multifamily rental housing portfolio.

    In this key role, you will conduct in-depth research and analysis, support compliance and reporting requirements, manage and implement contracts and budgets, prepare draws and funding reports, and assist with grant and funding opportunities to ensure our housing communities and energy programs remain financially strong, well-maintained, and in full regulatory compliance.

    Responsibilities:

    The Administrative Analyst's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Conduct in-depth research on housing trends and demographics to guide strategic planning.
    • Analyze program data to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
    • Monitor financial health and compliance of properties by analyzing budgets, expenses, and performance metrics.
    • Manage and monitor program budgets, expenses, and grant disbursements.
    • Interpret and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
    • Develop, administer, and report on energy contracts, grant programs, and funding opportunities.
    • Review housing projects for regulatory adherence and funding alignment.
    • Prepare and deliver reports, funding applications, and public presentations.
    • Collaborate with internal staff and community partners to support housing initiatives.
    • Track and monitor burn rates and expense accruals for contracted services.

    Must-Haves:

    • Experience working with regulations and nonprofit program compliance.
    • Proven experience managing and reporting on grants (federal, state, or local).
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Financial proficiency in budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
    • Experience managing contracts and working with vendors and community partners.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative to develop creative solutions.
