Responsibilities: • Responsible for providing administrative support to a senior community manager • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and phone calls • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents • Communicating effectively with clients, and team members • Utilizing clerical skills to maintain office operations Qualifications: • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills • Clerical Skills • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and adobe • Experience in real estate or property management is a plus but we will train the right candidate Compensation: $41,600 - $45,000 yearly
