    We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Administrative Support:

      • Answer phone calls and emails, redirecting inquiries as needed.
      • Manage calendars and schedules for the team.
      • Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
      • Assist with the preparation and organization of meetings and events.
    • Document Handling:

      • Draft, format, and proofread documents and correspondence.
      • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
    • Office Management:

      • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
      • Coordinate office maintenance and ensure a smooth office operation.
    • Customer Service:

      • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
      • Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service is maintained.
    • Team Collaboration:

      • Work closely with other departments to provide administrative support and ensure efficient workflow.
      • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience:

      • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
      • Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment is a plus.
    • Skills:

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive.
      • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
      • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Education:

      • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
