    Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, based on experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
    • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
    • Organize and maintain files, records, and office supplies.
    • Assist with project coordination, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
    • Coordinate office operations, including supply orders, vendor communication, and basic IT troubleshooting.
