Duties

- Handle phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel as needed.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
- Support the team with various administrative duties as required, including acting as a personal assistant when necessary.

Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling tools is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

- Experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar healthcare setting is advantageous but not required.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a wider range of clients.
