  • Responsibilities

    Abacus Solutions Group is currently seeking a long term, contract Administrative Assistant in Dover, Delaware. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Receiving calls, take messages and route correspondence.
    • Schedule meetings and intake appointments, as well as is responsible for making reminder calls for each scheduled event.
    • Maintain a continuous log of all scheduled appointments and meetings with staff/clients.
    • Gather and enter data relating to operational practices and procedures for use in evaluating services provided.
    • Maintain records of materials and office supplies and will place orders to replenish as needed.
    • Maintain organized file system for the organization of the facility.
    • Represents the Bridge Clinic as the first point of contact upon intakes and screenings.
    • Provide general support to visitors
    • Produce and distribute correspondence, memos letters, faxes, and forms.

    Requirements:

    • Possession of a high school diploma required.
    • Possession of a bachelor degree preferred
    • Minimum of 6 months of experience as an administrative assistant.
