Abacus Solutions Group is currently seeking a long term, contract Administrative Assistant in Dover, Delaware.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving calls, take messages and route correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and intake appointments, as well as is responsible for making reminder calls for each scheduled event.
- Maintain a continuous log of all scheduled appointments and meetings with staff/clients.
- Gather and enter data relating to operational practices and procedures for use in evaluating services provided.
- Maintain records of materials and office supplies and will place orders to replenish as needed.
- Maintain organized file system for the organization of the facility.
- Represents the Bridge Clinic as the first point of contact upon intakes and screenings.
- Provide general support to visitors
- Produce and distribute correspondence, memos letters, faxes, and forms.
Requirements:
- Possession of a high school diploma required.
- Possession of a bachelor degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as an administrative assistant.
