Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Answering phones: Professionally handle incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. • Customer Service: Interact with clients and customers in a courteous and helpful manner, addressing concerns and providing necessary information. • Invoice Processing: Efficiently process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. • Accounts Receivable: Monitor and collect accounts receivable, maintaining positive relationships with clients and addressing payment-related inquiries. • Administrative Tasks: Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks, including recording payroll hours, and processing remote deposits and checks.
