    Position: Administrative Assistant - Personal Assistant

    Location: Union Square, NYC

    Job Description:
    We seek an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations.

    Responsibilities:
    - Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
    - Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
    - Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets
    - Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports
    - Creating and sending invoices to our clients
    - Organize and maintain filing systems
    - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
    - Assist with event planning and coordination
    - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

    Requirements:
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills
    - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    - A bachelor's degree or 3 years of work experience in a similar position
