    Job Description:

    Peggy Wilkerson, an Allstate Personal Financial Representative, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing team in Oklahoma City, OK. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys building relationships over the phone. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, including making outbound calls, and assisting with day-to-day office operations.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, policy details, and account updates.

    Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers

    Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in the agency’s CRM system.

    Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping

    Maintain integrity with company and industry regulations while handling client information securely.

    Qualifications:

    Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles preferred.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.

    Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn agency management software.

    Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently.

    A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Able to work remotely without constant supervision

    Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
