We are currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Morristown, NJ. This multifaceted role involves reception duties, administrative tasks, and hands-on involvement in printing booklets, shipping & handling, and tradeshow planning.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and directing inquiries as necessary.
Manage printing needs for the office, ensuring quality control and timely distribution.
Oversee shipping & handling procedures, coordinating with various departments and external partners.
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of tradeshow appearances, including logistics, materials, and follow-up.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and managing office correspondence.
Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and handle pressure during peak hours.
Experience in tradeshow planning is a plus.
Must be able to move up to 50LBS using a cart.
