  • Responsibilities

    Responsibilities are answering phones, drafting emails, and answering basic customer inquiries. The bookkeeping will consist of posting information to accounting journals and QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate will need to be reliable. Longevity in previous employment will be taken into consideration in reviewing applicants. If this sounds like you, we’re eagerly awaiting your application! This is a full-time position. Responsibilities: • Answer phones, emails, and correspondence as necessary • Data entry and record maintenance in QuickBooks Desktop and Online • Bank reconciliations • Office Duties as required • Strong team player, detail-oriented, and highly organized Qualifications: • Must possess exceptional communication, writing, and time management skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office products. Outlook, Word, and Excel is a must • Must know how to use QuickBooks Desktop and experience with QuickBooks Online a plus Minimum of 2 years experience • Must be a quick learner and have the ability to multi-task • Public Accounting experience is a plus Compensation: $14 - $17 hourly
