As our Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding customer service while managing administrative tasks and maintaining financial records. This multifaceted role requires a detail-oriented individual who can juggle various responsibilities with ease. Compensation: • Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Stipend Benefits • Rapid growth potential Responsibilities: • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor. • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department. • Manage scheduling and appointments for clients and staff. • Maintain organized and accurate financial records using accounting software. • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions. • Assist with payroll processing and employee record-keeping. • Prepare and distribute invoices and statements to clients. • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer. Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks). • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively. • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
