The Accredited Group is looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant for our business finance division to perform initial reviews and submit files for business or individual loans. You will undertake an intermediary role between potential clients and our financial institution. The goal is to help qualified applicants obtain loans in a timely manner and protect our organization’s credibility. Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities will include financial document and credit analysis, data entry, and preparing files for Processor and Underwriting review. You must answer the distance screening question, and only those within 30 miles of the office will be considered. This is NOT a remote position. Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance • Paid time off • Referral program Physical Setting: • Office Schedule: • Monday to Friday Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: In person Responsibilities: • Manage a large pipeline while meeting product-specific turn-time requirements • Perform a thorough review and analysis of borrowers' credit, employment, income, and assets as required by the particular loan program before submitting to underwriting • Order all required verifications, documentation, and subsequent follow-ups and ensure all timeframes and compliance requirements are being met • Requesting and following up on required documentation • Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction to keep them informed of the file status • Other projects and duties as assigned Qualifications: • Detail-oriented and extremely well organized • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Possess excellent follow-up, planning, prioritization, organizational, and excellent time management skills • Able to work independently and proactively, prioritizing workload and handling multiple tasks • Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Previous knowledge of business financing and commercial lending is preferred but not required • Previous experience working with a sales team is preferred but not required Compensation: $45,000
