    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team and enhance our office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, managing schedules, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
    - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage inquiries in a professional manner.
    - Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and paper.
    - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
    - Coordinate and arrange meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics and catering when necessary.
    - Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing information and resolving issues as needed.
    - Perform data entry and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
    - Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks as required.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor's degree preferred.
    - Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in a similar role.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
    - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
    - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
    - A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
