Schedule: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (3 days a week in the office)
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Administrative Assistant with a CMT (Certified Medication Technician) certification to join our team. This role is a unique blend of administrative duties and hands-on caregiving in the field. You will be expected to work part-time in the office, assisting with day-to-day operations, and part-time in the field providing direct care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing schedules, and handling office correspondence
Assist with client intake and coordination of care services
Provide caregiving services in the field, including medication administration, personal care, and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Conduct onboarding for new hires and train incoming caregivers on company policies, procedures, and caregiving techniques
Maintain accurate client records and update documentation as required
Assist with other administrative and caregiving tasks as needed to support the team and clients
Qualifications:
CMT certification is a PLUS.
Previous experience in caregiving or home care is REQUIRED.
Experience with onboarding and training new hires is a PLUS.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
Willingness to work both in the office and in the field
Must have the ability to lift and assist clients as needed
Good communication and interpersonal skills
