    The Central Florida Diaper Bank is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Director and leadership team. In this role, you will help amplify our mission by managing critical administrative tasks, anticipating needs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

    About the Role The Administrative Assistant supports the Executive Director by managing schedules, communications, and special projects while fostering relationships with key stakeholders. This fast-paced role is ideal for someone passionate about community impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    Provide high-level administrative support with professionalism and discretion.

    Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.

    Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.

    Serve as a liaison to the board and external stakeholders.

    Assist with event planning, including diaper distribution events.

    Conduct grant and sponsorship research.

    Oversee inventory tracking and data entry management using CRM (Airtable experience preferred).

    Experience creating data impact reports

    Support social media initiatives by creating, scheduling, and managing content.

    Respond promptly to communications, including outside business hours.

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Skills & Qualifications

    High Diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred.

    3+ years of nonprofit or corporate administrative experience.

    Social media management experience required.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Bilingual (Spanish preferred).

    Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

    Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

    Requirements

    Level II background screening.

    Valid Florida driver’s license, clean record, and reliable transportation.

    Comfortable working in an office and outdoor event settings.

    Reliable transportation required
