Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
Answer and route phone calls.
Produce, modify, and distribute various forms, spreadsheets, manuals, information packages, correspondence, and presentations as required.
Schedule and confirm meetings.
Act as a subject matter expert, handling high-priority inquiries, developing action plans, and delegating assignments.
Represent the organization in high-level meetings and public events.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Coordinate with other organizations and stakeholders to foster collaborative relationships.
Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to key stakeholders.
Create and maintain cross-departmental relationships.
Provides process optimization.
Provide communication support, including drafting emails, reports, memos, speeches, presentations, and other internal and external communications.
Support strategic planning and project management initiatives including KPIs.
