    We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless coordination of administrative tasks. In this role, you will handle scheduling, maintain essential documentation, support client interactions, and assist with vendor communication. Responsibilities: • Organize and maintain team schedules, client onboarding tasks, and administrative processes. • Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment tracking to ensure accurate and timely follow-ups. • Update and manage internal resources, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), onboarding guides, and office documentation. • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, managing contracts, renewals, and office supply coordination. • Monitor and improve administrative workflows to enhance team efficiency and productivity. • Support the implementation and usage of software tools (e.g., CRM, project management, billing systems) to streamline operations. • Collaborate with the Marketing team to assist in the planning and coordination of webinars, workshops, and other events. • Prepare operational reports and track key metrics to ensure smooth administrative functioning. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or office management roles. • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Proficient in using office productivity software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and familiar with tools like CRMs or project management platforms. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with precision in a dynamic environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for identifying process improvements. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
