Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! As an Office Clerk, you will handle follow up with all clients. You will also be filing paperwork, making copies, faxing documents, and doing research projects, as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, be acquainted with the senior population and their various needs. Must possess compassion and patience to be able to communicate via phone with this underserved community.
Responsibilities
Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
Contact all Clients for wellbeing checks
Update spreadsheets
Maintain records, either physical or electronic
Qualifications
Great customer service skills
Strong Communication Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
