    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to manage the day to day operation of a fast paced, Construction Office.

    The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Director of Operations and ensure efficient office operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform general office tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining records

    • Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

    • Data Entry, Invoice Management.

    • Manage incoming calls and correspondence.

    • Utilize computer literacy skills to navigate Word and Excel software programs effectively.

    • Assist Office with Clerical duties by organizing files and keeping accurate documents.

    • Provide clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Word & Excel

    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively and be a self starter

    • Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment operation

    • Knowledge of Job Cost and Construction vocabulary is a plus.
