Comfort Craft is seeking a Administrative Assistant with Marketing Skills at our small manufacturing facility in the Casselberry area to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Assist with Customer Service
Support Admin and Sales
Assist with Social Media Marketing
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and sales materials
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Skills
Experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Knowledge of CRM Software (ACT) a plus
Knowledge of social media marketing would be preferred
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Must have good Customer Service skills
Marketing and/or Sales experience a plus
Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
Non-Smoking office. 24-35 hours weekly M-Th
