    Executive Turf Care is looking for a friendly and outgoing team-player that is highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity to interact with clients, assist our team including senior executives with diverse projects and provide general administrative support. We're a small company of less than 100 employees, which means there's lots of room for growth and learning opportunities.

    Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, data entry, scheduling appointments, co-ordinate event planning, meetings, maintain and update office files, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate exhibits a friendly demeanor, strong problem-solving abilities, is highly organized in a fast-paced environment with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    Answer incoming phone calls, take and distribute accurate messages

    Schedule appointments and maintain calendar

    Organize meetings and take accurate minutes

    Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately

    Type documents, reports and correspondence

    Maintain an organized filing system

    Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred

    Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position

    Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines

    Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

    Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
