What does an Administrative Assistant with Paul Davis do?
Manage all phases of job costing within RMS (our CRM) and QuickBooks Accounting Software
Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and entry into the accounting system
Prepare and process weekly check runs for payments to vendors
Assist VP of Administrative Services in maintaining all accounting and financial records for franchise
Excellent phone skills, greeting all clients and visitors with professionalism
Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology
Assist with the daily operations of the franchise as needed
