    Administrative Assistant

    Onsite Full Time, Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm PST

    Non-Exempt/Hourly Pay Range: $21.03-23.39/hour ($43,763-48,667 annualized) + Position eligible for additional incentives including Annual Bonus, 401(k) match, health and welfare benefits, amazing culture, beautiful office, growth opportunity and more!!

    National Funding is looking for our next Administrative Assistant. If you are an energetic, driven administrative professional with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills we would like to meet you. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate fantastic organizational and time management skills along with the ability to multitask, think critically, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and pick up new technology quickly.

    General Summary:

    The Administrative Assistant handles routine duties in support of our office staff, guests and building security and maintenance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, organizing files, creating correspondence, preparing reports and documents, managing calendars, processing mail, preparing invoices, managing visitor protocols, processing maintenance requests, and offering general staff support. Typical tasks will include answering the phones, greeting visitors and scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars. As first point of contact for all visitors, you must be able to represent our brand with a pleasant demeanor and superior customer service skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer phones, greet visitors and process suite access
    • Schedule appointments, maintain calendars; and manage maintenance requests
    • Process, collate and distribute mail
    • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
    • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
    • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
    • Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
    • Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office and kitchen supplies
    • Provides support and assistance to each department as necessary
    • Other duties as required

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

    • Previous experience in office or reception role preferred.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize daily/weekly tasks.
    • Pleasant demeanor and superior customer service skills
    • Clear verbal and written communication required
    • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred but not required
    • Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs (MS Office, Outlook)
    • Collaborative team player
    • Strong desire to learn and grow skillset
