    Job Title: Administrative Front Desk Coordinator for Rental Property Management Firm Job Type: Full-time - In office position. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and efficient living environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities: Position Overview: The Administrative Front Desk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for tenants, prospective residents, owners, and visitors at our property management office. This role is vital in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office position Monday - Friday from 8:30-`5pm. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist tenants, visitors, and prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner. • Answer and direct multi-line phone calls, respond to emails timely, and other communications to the appropriate staff. • Manage office appointments and schedule meetings. Entails mapping out driving order to ensure time efficiency when scheduling Team members. • Maintain property files, including lease agreements. • Draft management agreements and lease contracts. • Audit files. • List rentals. • Ensure receipt and entry on property utility bills. • Cross-train to follow up on work orders to ensure tenant satisfaction. • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization. • Help with preparing and distributing tenant notices and communication. • Ensure the office area is clean, organized, and welcoming, including keeping the front desk area clean and welcoming, paper products stocked, and overall presentation of the office clean. Qualifications: • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Google Workspace, etc.). • Prior experience in an administrative or front desk role, preferably in property management or customer service. • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude. • Strong organizational and organizing abilities. • Ability to handle sensitive encounters with customers while maintaining patience and poise. . . Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
