Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify agents when necessary. Responsibilities: • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness • Experience with SkySlope is a plus! Qualifications: • Previous experience in the real estate industry • Great written and verbal skills • Either already has or is working towards real estate license • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED Compensation: $15 - $18 yearly
